Australian Orders
Full Price Items
We offer a free exchange, store credit or refund on full-priced items purchased online subject to the following conditions:
- Items are returned within 14 days of receiving the order;
- Items are in their original condition, i.e. clean, not damaged, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Temporary Promotion On Full Price Items
Items included in a temporary promotion are marked as SALE and are eligible for a free exchange or store credit. Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless they are deemed faulty by our team.
Clearance / Final Sale Items
All final sale items are marked as FINAL SALE. These items are priced to clear. We are unable to accept any returns (including refunds, store credit, or exchanges) on final sale garments unless they are deemed faulty by our team. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.
Faulty Items
We take pride in our commitment to delivering quality pieces. We apologise if you have received a faulty item. To resolve the issue, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. You can choose to receive a refund, a credit note, or a free exchange, and we will arrange for the return of the faulty item free of charge.
Request A Return or Free Exchange
Please contact our team at customercare@ocenlabel.com with the following information:

Order number (found in your order confirmation email);

Reason for your return/exchange;

Image clearly showing the fault (if you believe you have received a faulty item).
If your return for store credit or exchanging an item for a different size/colour, is approved, we will provide you with a free return shipping label and instructions for sending back your package.
If you are eligible and prefer a refund, a $10 deduction will be applied, and we will also email you a a free return shipping label. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your credit card provider.
Please note that items returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.
Exchanges are subject to availability once your return reaches the head office.
Credit notes are valid for one year.

International Orders
We accept international returns on full-price items only. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use a reliable, trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
