Returns & Refunds
Conditions
We offer a refund, credit note or exchange on full-priced items purchased online subject to the following conditions:
- Items are returned within 14 days of receiving the order;
- Items are in their original condition, i.e. clean, not damaged, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Temporary Promotion
Items included in a temporary promotion (eg. VOSN, AfterPay Day or Black Friday) are eligible to be exchanged, or returned for a store credit.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as FINAL SALE are priced to clear. We are unable to accept returns, refunds, credit notes or exchanges on final sale garments, unless deemed faulty by our team. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.
Faulty Items
We take pride in our commitment to delivering quality products. We apologise if you have received a faulty item. To resolve the issue, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. You can choose to receive a refund, a credit note, or an exchange, and we will arrange for the return of the faulty item free of charge.
